I KNEW I WAS GOING TO GET A BLEND OF NIGERIAN CULTURE + TRADITION FOR THIS WEDDING... HAVING MET QIANA + ENAM A FEW WEEKS PRIOR, BOTH SEEMED  A LITTLE SHY... THEY LIED TO ME!!! LOL, AFTER THE NERVES WERE GONE, THEY WERE JUST AS INTENSE AS SIGNATUREVENTX WHICH IS REALLY HARD TO BEAT DURING A WEDDING RECEPTION. WE STARTED AT THE WESTIN HOTEL NEAR MEMORIAL CITY MALL TO SHOOT THE LADIES, THEN HEADED WEST TO THE KINGDOM HALL IN KATY... THE RECEPTION TOOK PLACE AT ROSEMARY'S GARDEN... IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING, FULL OF COLOR + LIFE.  ENAM'S FAMILY CAME THRU FROM NIGERIA... IT WAS FUN AS ALWAYS | CONGRATS TO QIANA + ENAM

Shooting Aja + DeIra's engagement photos was a workout lol... Maybe I wore the wrong shirt or perhaps I had been spoiled by Shooting so many indoor Houston weddings this summer!! We shot in the Houston theater district downtown which I hadn't done in almost 2 years. Specifically we shot at Sesquicentennial Park... I'm not sure who can remember that so I just call it the park at the Wortham Theater across from Bayou Place!! Can't wait to shoot the wedding at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center in October!!! Congrats once again!! Hope you enjoy these photos!! 

Ive done many discovery green engagement photos. I've even witnessed a wedding or two. I had yet to shoot there at night. It was by default however. It's still beautiful in the day as it is at night.. Congrats to Nnamdi + Derell on the upcoming wedding!!1 P.S. Its not too late to fly me out to Kansas City lol.

Its baby shower season!!! Congrats to Brooklynn + Nate!! Baby Drew will be here sooner than we know it. The baby shower took place at Demers Banquet Hall in Houston. The Decor by Red Carpet Events was beautiful and resembled a wedding sailor theme. Thank you guys once again for allowing me to photograph this special day. 

IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE LIKE ANY OTHER AUGUST DAY IN HOUSTON BUT ITS NOT JUST ANY OTHER DAY | IT WAS EVELYN & FRANKLIN'S  WEDDING DAY | YOU MIGHT HAVE SEEN THEIR ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT GREENSTREET PAVILLION, WELL, WE CONTINUED FROM. THE CEREMONY WAS HELD AT AD BRUCE CHAPEL AT UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON, AND THE RECEPTION TOOK PLACE AT THE MAJESTIC METRO IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON... THIS WAS A THEATER FORMALLY KNOWN AS THE RITZ IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON. GENUINELY HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS | CONGRATS!!
